Flawless Quality Assurance is the keystone of IHP's business model. Quality Assurance (Q.A.) and Quality Control (Q.C.) Technicians monitor the manufacturing process from start to finish, beginning with the receipt of raw materials into Quarantine. Highly skilled Q.A. and Q.C. technicians then evaluate each material purchased from approved vendors for conformity to specified physical and/or chemical properties. Once compliance is established, released materials move from quarantine into production. Q.A. and Q.C. technicians then perform Pre-Process, In-Process, and Post-Process analyses to guarantee all finished products meet IHP's superior standards.
